At Indus Violet, we value every customer and your trust is very important to us. Even that we are a new business, we got you covered.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for a refund.
HOW TO RETURN
Please note: We do not cover shipping cost for returned items as this is as the sender’s expense. We also accept no responsibility for any additional costs, delays and loss of goods being returned. We will, however, send out exchanged items at our own cost.
Items purchased as SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you want to change size or style, please let us know by contacting at firstname.lastname@example.org, for details on returning your order and placing a new one.
Your refund will be issued to the original purchase method. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded. Please note that refunds may take a couple of days for your bank to be complete.
We cannot accept a return, even within 10 days of our Return Policy if:
- Item is returned worn, damaged, missing all tags and not on his original packing.
- All items damaged as a result of wear and tear

Returns outside the 10-days policy, will always be returned to the sender of the package. We will email the tracking number as soon as order get shipped. Indus Violet will not hold any responsibility for these returned items.
